Order Cancellation Policy
We begin processing materials for your handmade macrame gift soon after the order is placed.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours after your order is placed. This brief window allows us to halt production before materials are cut and preparation begins.

How to Cancel: To ensure your request is processed immediately, please email us directly with your order number in the subject line or body of the message.

5-Day Return Policy (Defects Only)
We pride ourselves on the quality of our custom macrame decor and thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our Houston, Texas studio.
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or has structural issues resulting from an error on our end.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the artisanal and often custom-sized/personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Natural Variation: Color variation, as slight natural differences in cotton cord color or texture are common.
